1. Atmos Membership
Atmos reserves the right to charge membership fees for access to the club. The right to amend or waive any such fees shall be in Atmos’s sole discretion.
2. Your Membership Application
By submitting your online application, you agree to be bound by these house rules. The Membership Committee admits new members based on space, availability, and the referring member’s recommendation. The Committee has sole discretion over who becomes a member. Upon acceptance, you will receive a text and/or email confirming your membership.
3. Referrals
All new members must have the referral of a member of good standing to apply. For any exception to be considered, email maura@clubatmos.com
4. Age Restriction
You must be at least 25 years old to join Atmos.
5. Membership Renewal
Membership is on a monthly basis and renews automatically.
6. Membership Profile Information
We require your current details and a photograph for our membership database. If you are unable to upload a photo to your membership account, please contact our manager or a hostess at the club and we will be glad to assist you. By becoming a member, you agree to us holding this information for membership purposes. If your contact or payment details change, please update your account through the member portal, or notify us at maura@clubatmos.com.
7. Membership Payment
Upon approval or renewal, your membership fees become payable immediately. By providing payment details, you agree to be charged as requested by Atmos. All membership fees are subject to an annual 3% increase to adjust for inflation. Atmos reserves the right to amend membership fees at any time, with notice provided in advance. Failure to pay the monthly subscription by the due date will result in denied entry and membership termination.
8. Cancellation of Membership
You may cancel your membership at any time by updating your preferences in your member profile. Please note that cancellations require a 60-day notice and will take effect at the end of this period. Membership fees will continue to be charged during this time, and no refunds are provided for cancellations.
9. Membership ID and Entry
All members must present their digital member ID to enter Atmos. Guests must present a valid photo ID.
10. Your Personal Information
We will use your personal information according to our Privacy Policy available at clubatmos.com. We will never sell or share your information with parties outside Atmos.
11. Guests
Members are encouraged to bring guests to enjoy the club with them. Individuals entering as guests can visit once within a 60-day period. On Saturday nights, members are limited to bringing two guests per individual or four per couple membership. Guests cannot enter without the inviting member present. Members cannot leave guests unattended on the property. Members are responsible for ensuring their guests follow all Atmos rules. Violation of rules by guests can lead to member suspension or termination.
12. Privacy for Members/Guests
Members and guests must not disturb or solicit others with whom they are not personally acquainted at Atmos. Doing so may lead to suspension or termination of membership.
13. Mobile Phones
To maintain a relaxed atmosphere, please limit phone calls and be mindful of others. Set phones to silent mode. No speakerphone or video calls are allowed. Please ensure your guests adhere to the phone policy.
14. Dress
Members are expected to dress in good taste and in keeping with Atmos’s character. Prohibited attire includes t-shirts, sleeveless shirts, jerseys, athletic wear, ball caps, board shorts, flip-flops, offensive clothing, and revealing clothing. Those not adhering to the dress code will be asked to change before entering.
15. Illegal Substances and Items
No member or guest can purchase, use, possess, sell, or distribute illegal drugs or substances. Asking staff for illegal drugs is prohibited. Violation of this rule will result in removal from Atmos and membership termination.
16. Tipping
Outside of memberships, there are no financial transactions for goods or services within Atmos. However, gratuity is always welcome and very much appreciated by our team.
17. Food and Beverage
No outside food or beverage is allowed in Atmos during regular club hours unless medically necessary.
18. Private Bookings
Atmos reserves the right to book exclusive events up to six times a year with member notification.
19. Media Waiver
Atmos may film, video, or photograph member events for use in programs, advertising, promotions, and other commercial purposes.
20. Accidents and Injuries
If a member or guest has an accident or suffers any injury at or in the vicinity of Atmos, please report this as soon as possible to a member of staff and, in any event, within 24 hours of the incident. As well as wanting to check on a member or guest’s well-being, this information is needed in order to help us comply with our health and safety obligations and for insurance purposes.
21. Entering/Leaving Atmos
Please be respectful of nearby residents by being quiet when entering, leaving, or in the surrounding area.
22. Animals
Only legally recognized and registered service animals (this does not include emotional support animals) are allowed in Atmos.
23. Security Video
Be aware that Atmos uses video surveillance for security and safety reasons.
24. Smoking Policy
No smoking (including e-cigarettes and vapes) or tobacco use is allowed inside Atmos at any time. Atmos reserves the right to prohibit or limit smoking in any area of the premises at any time at its sole and absolute discretion.
25. Disciplinary Procedure
Members agree to conduct themselves in a professional and courteous manner at all times while on Club property. Conduct by a member or guest that is prejudicial to the reputation and character of Atmos may result in suspension or expulsion of such member or guest. Such conduct may include inappropriate, violent or abusive behavior, excessive intoxication, or the communication of information concerning Atmos affairs, members or their guests in Atmos to the media. An expelled member may not return to Atmos as a guest.
Any member or member’s guest who willfully or accidentally removes, damages, or destroys any property belonging to Atmos, or to members or guests on the premises of Atmos, will be financially responsible for the damages.
Every member binds themselves to abide by the rules of Atmos at all times upon acceptance as a member. If Atmos considers that any member’s (or their guests) conduct either inside or outside of Atmos premises is, at its absolute discretion, contrary to the interests of Atmos, Atmos may with immediate effect expel the member or guest from the Atmos premises and/or suspend or terminate that member’s membership without refund.
26. Rights and Privileges of Membership
As a member, you are entitled to all the rights and privileges granted by Atmos in its capacity as a private members’ club. However, you are also bound by these house rules.
27. Atmos Trademark Rights
Members and their guests are prohibited from using the names, logos, trademarks, service marks, or other identifying features of Atmos without obtaining specific prior written approval from the club.
28. Liability of Atmos
Atmos, its staff, and agents are not liable to any member or guest for any loss, damage, or injury suffered by them or their property, however caused.
29. Release of Liability, Waiver, and Express Assumption of Risk
By becoming a member or guest at Atmos, you waive any and all claims or actions that may arise or be asserted against Atmos for any injury, loss, theft, or damage to any person or property. You also expressly assume the risk of any such injury, loss, theft, or damage.
30. Interpretation of the Rules
In the event of any dispute arising as to the meaning or interpretation of these house rules, the matter will be referred to the Membership Committee, whose decision will be final.
31. Amendments to the House Rules
Atmos reserves the right to change its House Rules from time to time. Up-to-date changes will be displayed on the club website, clubatmos.com.
